Because it is a tool that solves a specific, common problem — and most people do not know it exists until they need it. A standard ratchet requires full swing clearance. An impact wrench has too much torque for plastic fittings. A cordless ratchet wrench sits in the middle: compact enough to fit tight spaces, controlled enough not to strip threads.

We built our product line around the jobs people actually do — spark plugs, P-trap fittings, appliance panel bolts, deck hardware. We would rather do one category well than sell everything.

A cordless electric ratchet wrench drives bolts and nuts in tight spaces where a drill or impact wrench simply will not fit. Common jobs include:

The main difference is torque output and intended use:

• 8V — 22 ft-lbs: Light home repairs, furniture assembly, small appliances. Comes with a 74-piece tool set.
• 12V — 33 ft-lbs: Light home repairs, furniture assembly, small appliances. Good entry-level option with sockets included.
• 16.8V — 40 ft-lbs: Most automotive and plumbing jobs, including spark plugs and brake calipers.
• 18V — 40 ft-lbs: Same torque as 16.8V, available in blue or yellow.
• 12V 60 ft-lbs extended neck: Heavier fasteners and deep-reach applications. The 5.5-inch extended neck reaches bolts that shorter heads cannot.

Yes. Most brake caliper bolts require 25 to 44 ft-lbs of torque, which is within the range of the 16.8V and 18V models. We recommend checking your vehicle's service manual for the correct torque spec, and using a separate torque wrench for final tightening on safety-critical fasteners.

Yes — one of the best use cases for it. The slim head fits easily into cabinet spaces under kitchen and bathroom sinks, and the variable speed trigger gives you control over how much force you apply. This matters for plastic supply line fittings and P-trap nuts, which can crack if overtightened. Start slow and increase speed gradually.

All Lidpal ratchet wrenches use a standard 3/8 inch square drive, compatible with any 3/8 inch drive socket — SAE or metric, from any brand. Each kit includes 7 sockets. You can also use any 3/8 inch drive sockets you already own.

On a full charge, the included 2.0Ah lithium-ion battery provides roughly 45 to 60 minutes of continuous use. Most jobs involve short bursts, so you will typically get through a full home project on one charge.

Every kit includes two batteries and a fast charger — charge one while using the other, so you are never stuck waiting mid-job.

Not reliably. A cordless ratchet wrench is designed for running bolts quickly, not for high-torque breakaway work. For severely rusted or over-torqued fasteners, break them loose by hand first using a breaker bar, then use the electric ratchet to run them out. This is a common workflow that works well in practice.

We accept PayPal only. You can pay using your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through PayPal — no PayPal account required.

We never see or store your card details. The total shown at checkout — product price, shipping, and applicable sales tax — is the total you pay. No hidden fees.

Contact us at support@lidpal.com as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we can cancel or update the details and issue a full refund.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You can start a return after delivery — see our Return and Refund Policy for details.

We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states from Denver, Colorado. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

• Orders $49.00 and over: Free standard shipping
• Orders under $49.00: Flat rate of $8.00

Standard shipping only — expedited delivery is not available. The shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We accept returns for both defective items and buyer's remorse. The item must be unused or defective, with original packaging preferred.

• Defective or wrong item: We cover return shipping and refund the full order amount including your shipping cost
• Buyer's remorse: Return shipping is your responsibility. The original shipping fee is non-refundable

Email support@lidpal.com to start a return. Do not ship anything back without getting the correct return address from us first. Full details on our Refund Policy page.

Once the warehouse receives and inspects your return, we process the refund within 3 to 5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original PayPal payment method. Allow additional time for PayPal or your bank to post the funds.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different model, return your current order (if eligible) and place a new order for the correct product. Your replacement ships independently without waiting on a swap process.

Yes. All cordless ratchet wrenches include a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects — including motor failure, switch or trigger malfunction, and gear or ratchet mechanism issues under normal use.
