Shipping policy

We want you to know exactly when your order will arrive and what it will cost before you check out. No surprises.


Where We Ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only, fulfilled from our warehouse in Denver, Colorado.

We do not currently ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI) — shipping to non-contiguous states requires air freight or specialized carrier services, which significantly increases cost and transit time. We are not set up to offer reliable delivery to these locations at this time.
  • Puerto Rico (PR) and U.S. territories (Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa) — these destinations require international-style customs processing and carrier surcharges that we are currently unable to support.
  • U.S. military addresses (APO / FPO / DPO) — military mail routing operates through a separate logistics network that our current carriers do not service.
  • International destinations outside the United States — we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Fees

  • Orders $49.00 and over: Free standard shipping
  • Orders under $49.00: Flat rate of $8.00

The shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. No additional fees are added after purchase.

We currently offer standard shipping only. Expedited or overnight shipping is not available at this time. If you need your order urgently, please allow the full estimated delivery window before reaching out — most orders arrive within the lower end of the estimate.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) from our fulfillment location in Denver, Colorado. Processing includes order verification, packing, and handoff to the carrier.

Orders placed by 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT, or on weekends and U.S. federal holidays, will begin processing the next business day.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order ships from Denver, CO, estimated transit times within the 48 contiguous states are as follows:

  • Western U.S. (CA, OR, WA, NV, AZ, UT, CO, ID, MT, WY, NM): 3 to 5 business days
  • Central U.S. (TX, OK, KS, NE, SD, ND, MN, IA, MO, WI, IL, MI, IN, OH): 4 to 6 business days
  • Eastern U.S. (NY, PA, NJ, MA, CT, RI, NH, VT, ME, MD, DE, VA, WV, NC, SC, GA, FL, KY, TN, AL, MS, AR, LA): 5 to 6 business days

Total estimated delivery time: 4 to 9 business days from the date of purchase (processing time plus transit time).

These are estimates based on normal carrier operations. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier volume, and weather conditions.


Taxes

All applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and are displayed before you confirm your order. We do not add hidden fees after purchase.

Since we ship within the United States only, no international customs duties or import taxes apply to any orders placed on this site.


Delays and Peak Seasons

Delivery estimates are based on normal carrier operations. Delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Severe weather or natural events
  • High carrier volume during holidays or peak seasons
  • Incorrect address information provided at checkout

If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at support@lidpal.com and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code before confirming your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible — we can update the address as long as the order has not shipped yet.

Delivery failures caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of your order date, check your spam folder first, then contact us.
