Warranty Policy

Every product sold on Lidpal comes with a written warranty. This page explains exactly what is covered, what is not, and how to get help if something goes wrong with your tool.


1. What Is Covered

All cordless electric ratchet wrenches purchased from lidpal.com are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including:

  • Motor failure or reduced performance not caused by misuse
  • Switch or trigger malfunction
  • Gear or ratchet mechanism failure under normal use
  • Any other defect that affects the tool's core function

If your product qualifies, we will repair or replace it at no charge to you. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only, and only to products bought directly through lidpal.com.


2. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from drops, impacts, water exposure, or misuse
  • Normal wear over time — battery degradation, surface scratches, rubber grip aging
  • Damage from using incompatible batteries, chargers, or accessories
  • Products that have been modified, disassembled, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized service provider
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers

3. Batteries and Chargers

Batteries and chargers included in the kit are covered under the same 12-month warranty only if the defect is manufacturing-related — for example, a battery that will not hold a charge from day one, or a charger that stops working within normal use.

Battery degradation that occurs naturally over time and charge cycles is considered normal wear and is not covered.


4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email us at support@lidpal.com with the following information:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • The date of purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or a short video showing the defect, if possible

Once we review your claim, we will respond within 1 to 2 business days with next steps — either a replacement, a repair, or a prepaid return label depending on the situation. We will always tell you clearly what to expect before you ship anything back.


5. Questions About Your Warranty

If something does not seem right with your tool, reach out before assuming the warranty does not apply — we would rather take a look than have you stuck with a tool that does not work.
