Refund policy

We want you to feel confident buying from Lidpal. If something is not right with your order, this page explains exactly what to do and what to expect.


1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns in two situations:

  • Defective items — the product arrived with a manufacturing defect or stopped working under normal use
  • Buyer's remorse — you changed your mind, ordered the wrong model, or no longer need the product

To be eligible, the item must be unused or defective. Original packaging is preferred. Items that show clear signs of heavy use will be assessed individually and may only qualify for a partial refund.


3. Who Pays for Return Shipping

  • Defective or wrong item: We cover return shipping. Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping cost.
  • Buyer's remorse: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. The original shipping fee (if any was charged) is non-refundable.

4. Items We Cannot Accept Back

We are unable to process a return or refund for:

  • Items damaged by misuse, drops, water exposure, or improper use
  • Items returned with key parts missing (batteries, charger, sockets, or carry case)
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window
  • Items purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers

5. How to Start a Return

Step 1. Email support@lidpal.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Step 2. Wait for our reply and return authorization. Do not ship anything back without contacting us first — returns sent to the wrong address cannot be refunded.

Step 3. Ship the item using a trackable carrier and keep your receipt.

Step 4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original PayPal payment method. Allow additional time for PayPal or your bank to post the funds.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different model, return your current order (if eligible) and place a new order for the correct product. Your replacement ships independently without waiting on a swap.


7. Order Cancellation

Before your order ships: Email us as soon as possible at support@lidpal.com. If your order has not shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.

After your order has shipped: We are unable to cancel or redirect the shipment. Once you receive the package, you are welcome to start a return following the steps above.
