Payment Method

Below is everything you need to know about how we handle payments at Lidpal — what we accept, what you will be charged, and what to expect after you pay.

Accepted Payment Method

We accept PayPal only. PayPal is one of the most widely used payment platforms in the United States and includes built-in buyer protection for eligible purchases.

Through PayPal, you can pay using:

  • Your PayPal account balance
  • A linked bank account
  • A credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) — no PayPal account required

During checkout, you will be directed to PayPal's secure payment page. We never see or store your card or bank information. All card processing is handled entirely by PayPal.

All Fees Before You Confirm

Before you confirm your order, the checkout page will display the following:

  • Product price — listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)
  • Shipping fee — free for orders $49.00 and over; $8.00 flat rate for orders under $49.00
  • Sales tax — calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax rates

There are no processing fees, packaging fees, handling fees, or any other charges added after you confirm. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay.

No Expedited Shipping Option

We currently offer standard shipping only. Expedited or overnight delivery is not available at this time. Estimated delivery is 4 to 9 business days from the date of purchase, depending on your location. See our Shipping Policy for a breakdown by region.

Purchase Confirmation

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive two emails:

  • Order confirmation from Lidpal — includes your order number, items purchased, shipping address, and order total
  • Payment receipt from PayPal — confirms the transaction amount on PayPal's end

If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of ordering, check your spam folder first. If it is not there, contact us at support@lidpal.com with your name and the email address used at checkout.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Contact us as soon as possible at support@lidpal.com. We can make changes or cancel your order as long as it has not shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or redirected. You are welcome to return it following our 30-day return policy.

Payment Security

All transactions on lidpal.com are processed over HTTPS (SSL encryption). PayPal uses PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure to protect your payment data. We do not store any credit card or bank account information on our servers.
